TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase, which must be on or before the date of entry, but within the Promotion Period as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
3. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
4. Promotion Period:
   1. Gift, Instant Win and Weekly Prize Draws: Enter between 00:01 BST on 1 June 2024 and 23:59 BST on 31 August 2024 inclusive, with an Instant Win Prize allocated by a random winning moment per day. Gifts are only available until 31 August 2024.
   2. Wrap Up Draw: Enter between 00:00 BST on 1 September 2024 and 23:59 GMT on 18 November 2024, inclusive.
5. To Enter:
   1. Instant Win, Gift and Weekly Prize Draw: Purchase a Promotional Multipack Product (from any retailer) or Single Pack (from Decathlon only), scan the QR code or visit www.TrekDecathlon.com and complete the online form with your details (name, email address and postcode) along with the store name where you purchased the Product and unique code found on-pack (for multipacks) or best before date (for single packs from Decathlon only) to find out instantly if you have won a Prize and to receive your Gift. All valid entries will be entered into the relevant Weekly Prize draw.
   2. Wrap Up Draw: Purchase a Promotional Multipack Product (from any retailer) or Single Pack (from Decathlon only), scan the QR code or visit www.TrekDecathlon.com and complete the online form with your details (name, email address and postcode) along with the store name where you purchased the Product and unique code found on-pack (for multipacks) or best before date (for single packs from Decathlon only) to be entered into the Wrap Up Draw.

7. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. One itemised receipt per entry receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must be on or before the date of entry but within the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize type. Max 1 Gift per person.
8. Winner Selection:
   1. Instant Win: During the Promotion Period, 1 “winning moment” per day has been randomly selected by an independent verification service, there will be 92 “winning moments” in total. The first valid entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded the Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 92 Prizes are available to be won.
   2. Weekly Prize Draws: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received per week during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of each week of the Promotion Period as per the table below:

   3. Wrap Up Draw: 3 provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid non-winning entries received during the entire Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of each week in the Promotion Period.
   4. Mop Up Draw: Following the end of the Instant Win, Gift and Weekly Prize Draw Promotion Period, in the event of any unclaimed/unwon Prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to request that PromoVeritas conducts a random draw for all non-winning entrants. As this depends wholly on what is won during the Promotion, the number of Prizes that may be awarded by this route is unknown.
9. The Prizes:
   1. Instant Win: There will be one Instant Win Prize to be won per day, 92 in total over the entire Promotion Period. Each Instant Win winner will win 1 x £50 Decathlon gift card.
   2. Weekly Prize Draw: There will be one winner per week, a total of 13. Each Weekly Prize Draw winner will win 1 x £500 Decathlon gift card.
   3. Wrap Up Draw: There will be a total of 3 winners. Each Wrap Up Draw winner will win 1 x £50 Decathlon gift card.
10. The Gifts: Each claimant will receive 1 x £5 off voucher when you spend £50 or more on any full-priced item in-store or online at Decathlon, excluding Decathlon Marketplace, when you sign up to Decathlon.
11. Further Prize/Gift Details and Conditions:
    1. Winner/claimants will receive their Decathlon gift card/voucher via email.
    2. The gift card/voucher can be used in-store at any UK Decathlon stores and online at www.decathlon.co.uk.
    3. The gift card/voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
    4. The winner/claimant will not receive compensation if the gift card/voucher is lost or stolen.
    5. Prizes:
       1. The gift card may be used more than once and its use may be supplemented by other payment methods, as necessary.
       2. Gift cards will be valid for 24 months from its activation date. The expiry date will be made clear on the gift card.

    6. Gifts:
       1. The voucher must be redeemed and used by 1 June 2025.
       2. Claimants must sign in to their Decathlon account (or create one for free) for the voucher to be added to their account.

12. Winner Notification:
    1. Instant Win: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen and asked to follow the instructions to claim their Prize. Winners will also receive a confirmation email to their email address used upon entry within 5 working days, confirming their Prize and will be required to follow the instructions within 5 working days of initial contact. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions either on screen or in the confirmation email within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify those provisional winners and return the Prizes to the promotion Prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the Promotion Period.
    2. Weekly Prize Draw: Each week, the provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of the Weekly Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
    3. Wrap Up Draw: Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
13. Prize Acceptance: Fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication within 28 days, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing trekdecathlon@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
14. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the Weekly Prize Draw winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/trekdecathlon. The winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
15. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
16. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize/Gift awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize/Gift may be withheld until verification is completed.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
    7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
17. The Prizes/Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes/Gifts are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize/Gift for another of equal or greater value.
18. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.TREKDecathlon.com.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14245) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s)/Gift(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
20. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
21. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://eattrek.com/privacy-policy/.
22. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
23. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
24. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
25. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
